Overview
Payment Velocity provides digital consulting services including payment stack audits, optimization retainers, and implementation projects. This cancellation policy outlines the terms under which clients may cancel their service agreements.
Cancellation Terms by Service Type
Payment Stack Audits
- • Pre-Engagement Cancellation: Clients may cancel a scheduled audit at any time before the engagement begins without penalty.
- • During Engagement: Once the audit has commenced, cancellation results in payment for services rendered at our hourly rate, plus any non-recoverable third-party costs incurred.
- • Post-Completion: After delivery of the audit report, no refund is available. The audit remains your intellectual property.
Monthly Optimization Retainers
- • Cancellation Notice: Clients may cancel a retainer agreement with written notice at least 30 days prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
- • No Early Exit Fee: Cancellation does not incur additional charges beyond the final monthly fee for the notice period.
- • Service Continuation: Services continue through the end of the billing period following cancellation notice. No prorated refunds are issued.
Implementation & Integration Projects
- • Cancellation Terms: These are governed by the specific project agreement and statement of work executed at the time of engagement.
- • Work in Progress: Cancellation results in payment for all work completed to date plus any vendor/third-party costs incurred.
How to Cancel
To cancel your service agreement, send written notice to contact@paymentvelocity.com with:
- • Your name and account details
- • The service type you wish to cancel
- • Your requested cancellation date (minimum 30 days notice for retainers)
- • Brief reason for cancellation (optional)
Service Modifications
Clients may request modifications to their service agreement at any time. Pricing adjustments or scope changes will be addressed through written amendment to the original agreement.
