By engaging Payment Velocity for consulting services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not engage our services.
2. Service Description
Payment Velocity provides digital consulting services, including but not limited to:
- • Payment stack audits and analysis
- • Payment gateway optimization retainers
- • Implementation and integration project work
- • Strategic consulting and advisory services
3. Intellectual Property
Client Work: All audit reports, analyses, and deliverables created for you during our engagement remain your intellectual property. You may use, modify, and distribute these materials as you see fit.
Payment Velocity IP: Our methodologies, frameworks, templates, and proprietary tools remain the sole property of Payment Velocity and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.
4. Confidentiality
All information shared during our engagement is treated as confidential. Payment Velocity will not disclose your payment data, transaction details, or proprietary business information without your explicit written consent, except as required by law.
5. Limitations of Liability
Payment Velocity provides consulting services on an "as-is" basis. While we use industry best practices, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. You assume all risk associated with implementing our recommendations.
In no event shall Payment Velocity be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services.
6. Payment Terms
Invoicing: Fees for services are outlined in the proposal or agreement signed at engagement. Invoices are issued upon engagement or monthly for retainer services.
Payment: Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Payment Velocity operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
8. Changes to Terms
Payment Velocity reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

During Engagements: We collect information about your payment gateways, transaction data, merchant accounts, and business operations as necessary to perform audits and provide recommendations.

- • Generate reports and recommendations
- • Invoice and manage billing
- • Respond to inquiries and provide support

Payment Velocity implements industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption, secure storage, and limited access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
4. Data Retention
We retain your information for the duration of our service engagement plus seven (7) years to comply with financial and audit requirements. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared with payment processors, accountants, or legal counsel as necessary to perform our services or comply with law.
